Which state will handle the paternity action?
My ex-girlfriend and I concieved a child in October 08 while we were living in Indiana; She move to Tennessee December 08; Which state will handle the paternity actions when the child is born in July 09 in Tennessee? I do not plan on missing a single payment but there is a big differents in payment calulations between two states

Both states are possible jurisdictions. Tennessess, if the child is born there. Indiana, because the child was conceived here. However, if custody is going to be an issue, Indiana will not have jurisdiction over a custody issue.
