Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Hello, I have a status hearing for a Preliminary Trial Conference scheduled for Tuesday. My husband has filed for divorce after 26 years and I wanted to know if I have to go to this hearing. He is living in Alabama and I'm sure he is not going to attend. I, however, don't want to miss something that I really need to be at. Please let me know.

If you do not have an attorney, you definately should go. If you do have an attorney, ask him as different courts have different rules.
