Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have submitted paperwork to the custodial parent for my extended time this summer. The custodial parent has denied my requested week because the weekend falls on her scheduled weekend. Does extended time override scheduled weekends?

Yes and no. You can have extended time. However, she is entitled to have parenting time every other weekend and once during the middle of the week if the parties live proximate, assuming that the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines apply.
