Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

When a subpoena is issued for a child to testify in a custody hearing, who is responsible for the cost of transportation: the party issuing the subpoena or the parent who currently has custody? (In this case, the child & the custodial parent are currently living in a state other than where the hearing is taking place.)
