Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Subpoena's

I went through the Local rules and Trail rules and found nothing on an electronic signature. I will assume that it is ok and thank you for your help. Where are you located?

Perhaps you should assume the opposite and stay within the rules unless you can find something in the Indiana Code, the trial rules, case law or the local rules that specifically allows for their use in state court proceedings. Your best bet is to have the clerk issue and sign the subpoenas. there will be no question as to their validity and you still save money by not having your attorney prepare and sign them. Good luck.
