Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Subpoena's

I am preparing several subpoena's and my attorney told me I can put in place of his signature the phrase

''S/and then his name''. Is this still legal? I am doing this to save me money and so he doesn't have to sign 200 papers. i asked him if it was still legal and he said it is in federal court. I am just tring to verify this before I do all of this.

That is considered to be an electronic signature in Federal Court. If you have any concerns, you can have the Clerk of the Court sign the subpoenas.
