Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Can i sue for a website reporting false information regarding my son. The website (an outreach ministrie.) is listing another woman as his mother. I have sole custody. His father and I were never married. The outreach website refers several time to his fathers wife as his mother. How do I get this false information removed from the website?

Why dont you write to them and ask that the information be corrected. She should be listed as his step mother.
