sueing back childsupport

I recently was awarded disability,my exwife discovered this and is sueing for backchildsupport. My children are now 27 &21,One went thru college &other did notMy We had renewed our relationship and she told me support was no longer an issue.I moved back in our home to renovate it & sell it in return this would make in further childsupport no longer an issue either. My mistake was not getting any of this paper. Now after a major open heart surgery 3 yrs ago she also at that time removed all of my belongings out while in intensive care unit. For 3 yrs she also has no contact with me until now and is sueing me for back child support for most of my up coming disability I am being awardred. What can I do???I do nt owe any bach support. She also last year sold the previously mentioned house for a profit of $19000.00 and I did not ask fot a dime,I let her have it all. What can I do???This is in the Prosecuting Attorneys hands @ this.Do I have any options?

PLEASE HELP I have been in 80% bed rest for 3 yrs now @ my fathers & pennylessMy phone# is 765-795-3607 I badly need assistance PLEASE HELP Thank You

Re: sueing back childsupport

If you can prove that you lived together, you have an argument for part of the time period that the court or the prosecutor might recognize. I suggest that you contact Legal Aid or the local Pro Bono Office for your district. You can obtain this information online at the Indiana Jusdicary Web site..

Good luck
