Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
Summer visitation when distance is a factor
My ex moved my kids to another state, 9 hours away. Now I only get to see them 1 week over Christmas, 1 week at spring break and 7 weeks over the summer. She is now taking me back to court so she can get them every other weekend and holidays and birthdays over the summer. She plans to move into her parents house over the summer and they live in the same state as me. Is this allowed? The way I understand the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines it is not, but is there something I am missing.
