support and credit report. new account opened!

I have a credit monitoring system on my credit report. I pulled my credit report 3/31/2009 and it said I had arrears which of course I knew about and make payments to every week. tonight which is 4/14/2009 I recieved a credit alert saying that the support division reported a new account with a $0 balance! I only have one child. could this mean I no longer have arrears? is there a system that audits the support bureau and may have found that I did not owe anything else? im confused.

You have at least two options, one is to call the support division and find out what is going on, or two, trace all of your payments to date agasint what the obligation was and see if it balsnces out to zero.
