Support modificaion by non- juristictional state

What is the proper motion to file when non-custodial parent(living in Florida, adopted Indiana,s original order) wants to stop support for child turning 18, when the state holding Continuing Exclusive Juristiction (indiana) says the child must be 21 or emancipated., Any help will be much appreciated.

This inquiry can not be answered without knowing where the child and custodial parent lives.
