Support Payments
My ex is claiming that the money from child support needs to go to my 18 yr old son who has moved out about a month ago. She claims that he is entitled to this money and not me, is that correct, or is she misinformed as to what the child support is actually for?

As I stated in an earlier posting, until there is a modification or emancipation child support remains unchanged. You may want to read the appropriate sections of the Indiana Code, Chapter 31 concerning both of those areas as well as the Indiana Child Support Guidelines. Both can be located at the Indiana Judiciary Website.
