How much of our daughters college expenses is my ex required to pay?

That is case specific, but assuming that your daughter meets the statutory requirements, she will be required to pay 1/3rd of the college expenses and you and your ex will pay the other 2/3 either equally or according to income ratios. This is limited to the cost of attending a state university.

If your daughter goes away to college, child support will be lowered.
