Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

my ex is taking me to court saying i have violated his visitaion rights. i have proff though that weve talked since visitaions was established and written statements from people that he hasnt attempt to see his son. When we go to court can i request full custody or do i have to set another court date?

I don't know what you are asking for. If by "full custody" you mean your ex will never get to see your son, then yes, you would have to file a separate motion, and it is VERY unlikely it would be granted unless you can prove abuse or other severe harm to your son.
