Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My ex is taking my son to a tharopist and they put him on a powerful combination of meds. I do not have custody of my son. can I put a stop to this? How can the tharopist even be able to prescribe him meds when I know good and well my son doesn't have the issues my ex says he has.

The best thing is to make sure the other parent files a release with the therapist so you can discuss the need or your son's treatment. If that can't or won't happen first, you have the right to file a Motion to bring this to the court's attention. You will need more than your own personal opinion about the need for medical care.
