Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have two teenager(17-twins). About a month ago I asked one of them to leave my house because she just bluntly told me what she was and wasnt going to do. The other twin took it upon herself to go with her. They have been gone for a month. Now they bluntly telling me that they are moving back and their is nothing I can do about it. I want to know do i have to let them back in my house when they refusing to follow my rules. Is their somrthing i can do to be in control of home without having to fight two teenagers who basically think they grown. I do not want them back in my house. Please help me.

They are not adults and are your responsibility. I suggest that you talk to a social worker to determine what your options may be. I also suggest that you discuss the entire situation with a local attorney who will be most familiar with what may be available to your family and how the courts in your area would view the situation.
