Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My ex got temporary custody of our 3 children in november of 2009. Recently there was a blood test done through the court for our youngest child. While we were seperated a few years I was with another man and then I left him and got back with my ex and then found out i was pregnant a month later and my ex knew from the beginning there was a chance he wasn't the father but he stuck around and signed the birth certificate. I just got the test results back today that my ex (the one who has temporary custody), is not the biological father of my son. What will happen now and what should I do to get the custody of my son now that I have the results?

Talk to your attorney, and if you do not have one, go get one. You should never try to obtain or retain custody without a lawyer working for you.
