Re: From Temporary Custody to Permanent Custody

You can do a guardianship or an adoption.

If you are working with an agency, such Office of Family and Children, they can handle the court costs, attorney fees, etc.

If you want to do it yourself, you can hire a private attorney to do a guardianship or adoption.

Most attorneys offer free initial consultations.

Best of luck to you!
