Temporary Restaining Order to Relocate
I am currently residing in TN with a relocation order thorugh IN. My husband accepted a position in GA where we would have to not have to depend on my income as much. My daughter's father wants to go to court, can I file a temporary restainging order to move prior to the hearing. I have nothing in TN.

Re: Temporary Restaining Order to Relocate
You do not need to get a restraing order. However, you do need to send formal notice pursuant to the relocation statute. Depending on your time frame, you may need to get into court for a temporary order.
