termination of parental rights

Unwed father of child desires to terminate all parental rights. The mother and her parents are in agreement. Father of child desires no contact with mother or child and desires not to support child and wants to terminate all parental rights.

Can this be done?

If mother of the child has remarried and the husband wants to adopt the child, then yes this can be done.

However, the court won't let him off the hook financially just because he's not been there for the child.
