Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I am thinking about relocating to another city. I am the custodial parent, but I would like to find out how far can one move without having to get the ok from the other parent.

Tecnically, a move across the street triggers the relocation statute. Common sense dictates.

At what point would a move make parenting time a problem, or the ability to participate in social medical and school activities with the child a problem and effect the current relationship of the parties.
