Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Is there any time stipulation regarding First right to refusal. My ex-wife is court ordered to give me first right to refusal when she works or has recreational time scheduled and needs child care for our daughter. She said there is a 3-hour time window so if its not longer than 3 hours she doesnt have to give me the chance to watch my daughter. Our court order doesnt say anything about a 3 hour time window.

The Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines do not have any time restrictions. I am unaware of any case law that has a time restriction.
