Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I have been on here several times to inquire alot of info and got most of what I needed, which is appreciated so I'm back once again. I have joint legal custody of my 6 year old daughter and my stipulations of custody consists of Spring break, Summer vacation, and Winter break. She has broke rules and though I have proven to this judge in my area of these transgressions, his actions were in my opinion very biased against me and I was stuck with the bill so to speak. Though I'm ok with the arrangements, my ex is as we speak doing everything there is possible to wreck my credibility and in blunt terms renege on the new order that was passed down. I want to file for a change of venue because I feel that this judge let her by with ALOT of leeway giving her access to cause future transgressions which in turn can lead me back to the courtroom. If anyone give me some help it is very much appreciated.

Every one gets ONE change of judge in a dissolution proceeding, and in your case that can be exercised only in connection with a Motion to Modify the existing decree.
