Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I took title to my house individually on 10/29/20009 from my mother I am now going through a divorce which was filed 03/2011. Is my soon to be ex husband have any rights to the property? Or can I deed it back to my mom prior to the divorce being final. I own the property free and clear.
