out of town trips
I live in Indiana. I need to know does the non custodial parent have to get permisson from the custodial parent to take the kids out of town( not out of state) for their scheduled weekend? Taking kids to amusement park for the weekend.

No. However, you should let the custodial parent know where and when. You might want to look at the Indiana Judiciary web site and download and read the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines
