Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

I just want to know if it is true that my spouse of 9 yrs will get my house and cars if he has not worked since 1999 and i am in the military and work hard for mine, he does not work and has not paid for a thing...

There is a presumption in this state that spouses are entitlted to 1/2 of the marital assets.
