Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My uncle lives with my grandmother in her home for the past 10 years. my grandmother is very ill, suffering from a stroke and advanced dementia and is totally bed ridden. it is very important to me to get to spend time with my grandmother before she passes, but because of my uncle insanity, he is trying to control and prohibit me from entering the residence to see my grandmother. he does not have power of attorney, nor does he have his name on any of the property including the deed. i also do not have any restraining order against me, but he is always trying to threaten me with one, for which he has not because he has absolutely no basis for one. he physically stands in my way of entering the home and is threatening to kick my ass. what are my options ? can i get a court order to allow me access to the home in order to see my grandmother.?

You may want to discuss the situation with Indiana Adult Protective Services sicne it sounds like your uncle is keeping your grandmother a captive in her own home.
