uncontested divoces cheap

Can papers be drawn up between two parties for a divorce and notorized. To get that divorced and how much does it cost?

No. However, you can obtain a divorce without either of you appearing in court if everything is agreed, all financial information concerning assets and debts have been exchanged and there are no children involved. If children are involved, you can still have an agreement but certain guidelines must be followed.

Generally speaking,if everything is agreed, you can find an attorney to handle the matter for about $750 plus the filing fees. The attorney does not have to be located in your county or town.
