Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

uncontested divorce

we have agreed on everything, joint custody, he will be the physical custodian ( better school system in his area) with no support being paid ( b/c we help each other, our children will never suffer b/c of a divorce) if we agree can the courts make me pay eventhough we are in agreement?

Yes. However, if presented properly, the court would probably accept the agreement.
