Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
I understand the emancipation age in Indiana is 21 however if a child goes to college and lives away from home can child support end? Both parents are paying for college.

Does the child live away from home during breaks and the summer? By paying for college, does that include board, insurance, transportation, clothes and necessities? If so, and if self-sufficient financially, probably.
