Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Undoing a childhood adoption for myself

I was adopted by my mother's second husband (Indiana residents at the time) when I was six. My biological father was convinced it was in my best interest. I remained in touch with him and stayed closed with my biological grandparents, etc. I have been married for 17 years and have 2 children. I never wanted the adoption and would like to legally remove the act from my past. How would I go about un-doing this adoption. Does my biological father have to agree/sign anything? What about my maiden name changing back on marriage license, my children's birth certificates, etc.? How do I do this? Thank you.

Hello,

You cannot "undo" the first adoption. However, you CAN be adopted by you bio dad. Feel free to call me to discuss.
