unfair judgement

ex is chief of police. had 2 pensions. I rep'd myself, as was broke. He had legal rep. I received absolutely no retirement. What do I do now that I disagree with divorce judgement?

If the date of divorce is more than 30 days old, there is nothing you can do. If the 30th day has not yet happened, get yourself to an attorney now.

You may have a few options or none at all, depending on the circumstances. Depending on how much time has passed since the hearing, you may be able to file a Motion to Correct Errors, or a Motion to Set Aside, or an Appeal. Regardless, these options will require you to hire an attorney and it will most likely be costly. If too much time has passed, you may not have any of these options available.
