Uninsured Medical and Child Support in IN
I know 6% of child support goes toward uninsured medical expenses. When adding up these expenses, do we go by the date of service (say 11/8/08) or when the expense was paid (2/3/09)? Does this go in the '08 or the '09 expense list?

In order to be fair, consistent and prevent manipulation it is on the date incurred.
