Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Union retirement not vested during marriage

I divorced in 1998 at which time I had 8 years with a union job, but was no longer working for them and my retirement was not vested. I plan to go back to work with them to get enough years in to draw retirement (after retiring from present job). Since it was not vested during marriage, is ex entitled to any of my retirement when I retire from union job?
