unmarried and pregnant

Im almost 16 and Im 5 months pregnant. I am not with my baby's father and live 6 hours away from him. Can I leave his name off the birth certificate and just have mine on there and give the baby my last name? And what are the chances of him getting full custody when the baby is born?

Yes you can leave his name off of the birth certificate. You have not given enough details for an answer to the second question,; for example his age, living conditions, etc.
