Unmarried-pregnant relocating

I am 15 and 5 months pregnant. I live in Northern Indian and the baby's father lives in Southern Indiana (6 hours away). But my mother and I are planning on relocating to Arkansas (9 hours away). Can he stop me from moving down there?

Last time I looked he is guilty of statutory rape, even if you consented. I suspect that he will not cause you problems if you remind him of that.
