Unreasonable discovery requests

My ex-husband is trying to get his child support reduced. He found out that my boyfriend (who works for me) is living with me. His attorney has requested discovery information about all my employees salary and benefits. Including all my sub-contractors has well. Can he do this?

Possibly, possibly not. You can probably get a protective order to restrict the extent of the inquiry.
