Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

if i had a vebal agreement with my cousin and she already tried to break it and now we have made another can i change my mind? My two teenagers daughters went to stay with her temporarily and now thhey dont want to come back to me, their mother, they are coming to visit this weekend. Should i keep them? Do i have that right? I have full custody. What is right and what is wrong? Confused and need help.
