Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana
Visitation
on my child support papers it states I get 88 overnights with my son. Do I still get Indiana Parenting guidelines by law even though it doesn't state that

Not knowing what papers you are referring to, I am not sure how to answer that question. A Paternity Order or a Divorce Decree will set out your parenting time. If you have a support order through a paternity affidavit, then you need to get back into court to make sure that you have parenting time.
Re: Visitation
A child support order does not establish parenting time rights. My guess is that you are looking at page two of the support worksheet, which is where the credit is established for parenting time. Whomever drafted the worksheet probably assumed parenting time based on the guidelines in order to determine the credit. You need a specific order settng forth that the you are entitled to guideline parenting time.
