Visitation

there is no court order established, we

were never married but he did sign the

parent affadavit. do i have to let him

see our son?

Anyone can sign the affidavit. At least up in Northwest Indiana, he has no rights until there is an order establishing paternity is entered. However, unless you have fear for your child's safety and he is definately the father, denying parenting time could come back to haunt you in a custody battle.
