Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My ex has visitation with our daughter. He has broken the mediation agreement multiple times. He also has two warrants out for his arrest. Am I legally required to continue sending her to him? I am afraid he will run off with her. I have full custody of her. If I cannot end visitation right away what can I do to stop it until he gets his life straightened out?
