Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

Visitation

I have recently lost my apartment and am staying with friends temporarily because my support payments to my ex have rendered me destitute. Until I can afford a residence of my own, two friends have offered their homes for me to use for visitation. The court approved of having visitation at these locations in the past. My ex is refusing my visitation because I do not have a permanent address. Can she legally deny me visitation for this reason?

Re: Visitation

Whether she can or not doesn't help you, as you say she already is denying visitation. Your attorney needs to hear about this and review your options with you.
