Visitation Rights

I am behind on child support. Can my ex, who has full custody adn I have only visitation rights, keep me from seeing my child until child support is paid?

Short answer is no. You do not pay support so you can visit with your child. Long answer: if she denies you visitation you will need to file an affidavit for contempt and then she will file one against you for not paying child support.

Legally, she cannot, but you must file a motion to show cause in contempt to get the court to enforce your rights.
