I'm 8 months pregnant, and I filed for divorce. If I don't know if it's his kid. will he still have visitation rights or will he have to pay for a paternity test before he gets them?

Re: Visitation rights

Any child born during the marriage, even after a

divorce is filed is considered to be the child of the marriage. He will have parenting time rights.

If he doesnt want that obligation, he will have to ask for a paternity test.
