Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

i was given visitation rights to see my son and daughter their father hasnt let me see them for 8 months he wouldnt return my calls and he moved so i couldnt find them i finally found where he was and filed contempt on him i go to court on the 12th of oct the problem is i just found out that my son got in trouble for criminial mischief and is being placed in a facility in pennsylvannia i never new about any of this until 10/5/10 what can i do we live in fort wayne indiana thank you

You have a real mess. You probably need to contact an attorney in Pa. to help with your son.

You should contact a na ttorney in Allen County to assist you in the contempt and possibly

a modification of custody.
