Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

My visitation rights

Ok, I started out of a divorce, I was awarded visits per the Parenting Time guidelines, an incident occured at my house (my daughter fell down our steps) and my visits were taken down to one 24hr period a week...This has taken a MAJOR toll on my daughter and I both..The court refuses to take action and give my rights back, they keep telling me I have to complete this right relation program for them to conduct any further hearings...Is there anyway I can goto a higher court with this?

Re: My visitation rights

The expense and time involved in an appeal is quite large. You would probably be better served by completing the program as quickly as possible and getting a final hearing.
