Visitation Rights

I would like to know what I could do about being able to visit my child once it was given by the courts,child support is being taken from my pay weekly yet the mother will not let me see the child .Is there a way that this can be enforced? I have no money for an attorney nor any money to even live on my own I live with my sister ..I just to see my son is there anything that can be done?

Go to the Indiana Judiciary website. I believe that they have a form Petition for Contempt that you may be able to use. You can also go to your local prosecutor because it is a crime to interfere with visitation rights. However, it is rare that the prosecuutor will try to enforce that statute.
