visitations

me and my ex share joint custody but have no legal visitations ordered, just ''when agreed upon''. he has kept the children grounded for various reasons so they can't come for visits. can he do this and how do i stop it? thank you

Re: visitations

You need to modify the custody order so that he can not manipulate the visitation. Being grounded applies to social situations, not visitation.
