hi i talked to some lawyer from here and i lost her email address and i need a question answered ASAP We found out that my step daughters mom has warrents out and we called the jail to verify that and she does so we was wondering if we would have to take her back home on them circumstances? Would we be able to get in trouble if we didnt????

Whenever you keep a child beyond the time allowed in your visitation or parenting time orders, you need to immediately get a petition to modify on file, specifying the reasons for needing emergency custody.
