Legal Question in Family Law in Indiana

i volunterly termintated my rights to my youngest child under threat of termination involunterly, so my visitation mediation with the new guardian was set and his grandfather ( his dad's dad ) who was doing an open adoption offered me a ride since we lived close and about 30 miles from the meeting place, he never picked me up and i got two visits a yr, now i have to fight to see him, his dad see's him constantly and my son was recently dxed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, Larry has promised to allow me any amount of time i wanted with him, yet whenever i ask dylan is all excited and can't wait, then excuses come up and it's canceled, we have found out that dylan is being guilt tripped into not coming with me by his daddy. i have spoke to larry about this and he say's he won't force dylan to come if he don't want to yet he does just feels guilty and scared his daddy won't love him anymore, can i get more visitation ordered by the court...
